We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with Demosaiq Pro for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

How to request a refund

Email support@demosaiq.com from the email address used for purchase. Include your order ID or license key. We will process the refund within 5 business days.

Subscription renewals

Subscription renewal charges are not refundable. To avoid being charged at the next billing cycle, cancel your subscription before the renewal date through your customer portal.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the merchant of record. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy.
